The 5 French Trucks are 5 troublesome trucks who come from France.

Biography[]

The 5 French Trucks first appeared in the Sodor Short Castle when they took over Ulfstead Castle. They revealed this by posting a hashtag on Twitter which caused Edward and some other engines of Sodor to go get the castle back. They approached the castle and spoke with the leader of the trucks, Guido. After being confronted by the engines, the trucks released some Ducks which scared the engines away. After the engine's 1st attempt failed, they attempted to blow up the trucks and the castle but failed. It can be assumed that afterwards not seen in the short, they were able to drive the trucks out of the castle. In the short Siege the trucks appear again taking over Knapford Station. Again Edward approaches them with some other engines to attempt to regain the station. After the engines fail again they assemble a large number of engines to attack the trucks. Once the engines have assembled they all attempt to charge the trucks but Guido makes some rail guns appear and shoot the engines. It can also be assumed that the engines were able to get rid of the trucks as they were never seen again afterwards.

Basis[]

The trucks are based on 7 plank open wagons.

Personality[]

The French Trucks are very naughty trucks. They are based on the stereotype that French people are rude. This can be explained as they love to call the engines rude names, hurl insults at them, mock them and blow raspberries at them.

Appearances[]
